Sushi Class with Chef Jason WardenWednesday 08/06/08 2:30 PM ***This exciting event is available exclusively to ACI students and alumni *** Basic Baking instructor, Chef Jason Warden, will be holding a comprehensive sushi rolling class. Interested students are encouraged to sign-up in the Administrative office as soon as possible; availability is limited to 20 students. A $20 fee for supplies will be collected upon registration. Students at all skill levels are welcome to participate.

1:00 PM ACI will be hosting another live radio remote show of "Culinary Confessions" with Kim and Don. Culinary Confessions is a fun and informative live program that broadcasts on KXAM every Monday through Friday at 11am. Kim and Don will be hosting their show from our student-run restaurant on August 8th, so patrons should come prepared to enjoy live entertainment. Evening Service at du Jour RestaurantThursday 08/14/08 6:00 PM ACI's du Jour Restaurant will be open for dinner service this evening. Our advanced students are looking forward to serving their Valley customers a refined dinner menu with seating times starting at 6:00pm. Our four course seasonal menu is being developed by Chef Instructors and students. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 603-1066. (Please note: We will not be serving lunch on this day)

12:00 PM ACI faculty and staff are thrilled to be hosting an event with Shamrock Farms called the “Final Taste Buds Event.” This is a farewell event for the “Taste Buds,” who are a group of 15 children between the ages of 6 and 12. These kids will be touring our school, learning about what it’s like to be a Chef, and will have the opportunity to make food for their parents using our professional kitchens!
